We are seeking an accomplished Servant Leader to spearhead the development and optimization of secure, high-performance web applications in the travel domain.

  • Build scalable and resilient front-end architectures with React.js, utilizing Hooks, Redux/Context for seamless data management.
  • Develop and integrate back-end services and APIs with Node.js (Express.js/Nest.js), focusing on exceptional performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with external travel providers (GDS, hotel, car, flight) and implement real-time data integration through webhooks.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), ensuring data consistency, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Implement caching strategies and performance tuning (Redis), guaranteeing optimal system responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure comprehensive security protocols (JWT, OAuth2, PCI, OWASP best practices) to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Maintain a robust testing framework, incorporating unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and APIs to facilitate clear communication and efficient knowledge transfer.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full-stack development, with extensive experience working on complex web applications. They should be proficient in React.js, Node.js, and database management systems like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Additionally, they should have expertise in caching strategies, performance tuning, and data security best practices.
