Shopify E-commerce Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shopify manager to oversee the growth and development of multiple online stores. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Shopify, its applications, and integration with other platforms.

This is a full-time role that requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our team to build landing pages, product pages, and run sales campaigns that drive conversions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performing Shopify stores that meet client expectations
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their business needs and preferences
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, apps, and best practices to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain accurate records of store performance, including sales, traffic, and customer behaviour

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Shopify management or a related field
  • Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, its applications, and integration with other platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with web development, design principles, and user experience

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced app knowledge: Rebuy, Nosto, Algolia, Yotpo, or A/B testing tools like Shoplift/Intelligems
  • Email marketing platform experience: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar for integrated campaigns
  • Multi-industry exposure: Experience working across fashion, beauty, electronics, and more
  • SEO knowledge: Understanding how to make Google fall in love with product pages and collections
