Lead Visual Director

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Visual Director to drive the creative vision and strategy for our branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing visually stunning campaigns across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, and visualizers. They will oversee all stages of production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.

The Lead Visual Director will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. They will be responsible for presenting and articulating creative ideas, offering strategic rationale, and building trust through clear communication and collaborative mindset.

This role requires a deep understanding of design fundamentals, exceptional knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.), and proficiency in production workflows. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent presentation and communication skills, with fluency in visual storytelling and awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Develop and execute visual strategies for branding initiatives.
  • Conceptual Development: Partner with copywriters and strategists to generate bold, effective ideas and campaign platforms.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, and visualizers.
  • Client Collaboration: Present and articulate creative ideas, offering strategic rationale and building trust through clear communication.
  • Executional Excellence: Oversee all stages of production, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of creativity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Applied Art, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio with award-winning and culturally resonant work.
  • Strong command over design fundamentals.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Proficient in production workflows.
  • Confident in handling large teams and fast-paced timelines.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in visual storytelling.
  • Awareness of global trends in art, design, technology, and culture.
