Job Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Solutions Specialist.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using different tools, design principles, and conventions.

In this role, you will work with various stakeholders to understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

You will also be responsible for solving day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and providing timely resolutions.

Maintaining proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and Production phase is also an essential part of this role.

Beyond these tasks, you will coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and deploy solutions using different tools, design principles, and conventions.
  • Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Solve day-to-day issues arising while running robotics processes and provide timely resolutions.
  • Documentation and Maintenance: Maintain proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures, and scenarios during UAT and Production phase.
  • Automation Process Flow: Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow.
