Job Description

As a Senior Payment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end implementation of IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise in Global Payments Processing, SWIFT MT & ISO 20022 Message Processing, and Clearing & Settlement Systems will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payment Processing Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Global Payments Processing, SWIFT MT & ISO 20022 Message Processing, and Clearing & Settlement Systems to design and implement efficient payment workflows.
  • SWIFT Cross Border Processing: Develop and maintain expertise in SWIFT Cross Border processing (MT & MX) to facilitate smooth international transactions.
  • Domestic Clearing: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless domestic clearing operations, leveraging experience with NEFT, ECS, ACH, CHAPS / FEDWIRE / CHIPS / Target2, RTGS, RTP schemes like NPP / FAST / IMPS / InstaPay etc.
  • SEPA Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit Transfers, Mandate Management, Instant Payments) regulations, driving efficient and secure transactions.
  • Payments Interface Data Mapping: Design and implement effective data mapping and solution designs for payment interfaces.
Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Apply analytical prowess to map business requirements into functional components, driving informed decision-making.
  • Global Payments Business Understanding: Stay abreast of global payments trends, utilizing this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  • Certified Agile Product Owner: Leverage certified expertise in Agile Product Ownership to drive iterative development and delivery.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in functional analysis, design, and implementation, with a strong track record of delivering results.
