Fertility Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Fertility Specialist to join our team in Berhampur, Odisha. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive fertility care, including assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment plans, while ensuring the highest ethical and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed fertility evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform and supervise ART procedures including IVF, IUI, and related interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Specialization: Fellowship or MCH in Reproductive Medicine/ART (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practices.
