About the Role

This is a hands-on position where you will work with large-scale health datasets to support pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments across Australia and globally. You will be responsible for delivering powerful data-driven strategies that improve patient outcomes.

  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from development to market launch and post-market monitoring using advanced analytics.
  • Conduct market sizing cohort analysis risk stratification and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards visualisations and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years experience in commercial Patient Analytics commercial data analytics data science or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL advanced joins window functions aggregations Python NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn XGBoost and data visualisation tools Power BI Excel VBA Macros Power Query.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA OPTUM and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modelling machine learning risk stratification and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development storytelling and executive-level presentations.
