About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled software engineer with expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Django. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, high-performance applications in the healthcare domain, with a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality software solutions in React, Python (Django/Flask), JS/TS that meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Ensure robust testing practices and maintain low defect rates via unit & integration tests.
  • Collaborate effectively with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and backend engineers.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with frontend expertise using React.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Python, Django.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication/authorization flows.
  • Practical knowledge of unit/integration testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, Cypress, etc.).
  • Previous hands-on experience in healthcare software development.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Cloud and containerization.
  • Continuous Integration/Deployment pipelines.
  • Awareness of healthcare standards.
  • Performance tuning and accessibility improvements.
