Interior Design Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead our design team and manage end-to-end interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of executed residential and commercial interior projects, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions for residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor junior designers and build a strong design culture within the organization.
  • Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
