Job Overview

This HR Intern role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR datasets, trackers, and dashboards. You will also support HR analytics by generating reports, identifying trends, and creating visual insights for decision-making.

You will research and analyze employee survey data to provide insights to improve engagement and culture initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate HR programs and initiatives, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and future-of-work trends

Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or visualization tools is a plus. The ideal candidate will be curious, analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and coordination skills.
