Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for enhancing customer experience through data-driven insights. This role involves collecting, categorizing, and processing large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives, escalate operational issues, and develop SOPs. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions to improve team capabilities and contribute to process improvement initiatives that impact overall efficiency and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
