Your Key Responsibilities- You will be responsible for driving a fantastic health checkup booking experience for Loop members, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and tailored to their needs.
- You will engage with clinical staff and diagnostic centers to provide a hassle-free health checkup experience for members.
- You will take ownership of member issues and work collaboratively with hospitals and labs to resolve them efficiently.
- You will provide clear and concise information to both customers and staff, keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
- You will prepare members for their health checkup experience by sharing pre-test instructions and reminders.
- Proven experience in providing customer service support, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
- A passion for solving problems and helping customers.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
