Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:

The Enterprise Test Engineering family is responsible for ensuring that all applications and systems meet defined quality standards. In this role, you will develop and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise and oversight to ensure the functionality of solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, maintain, and execute test cases based on user stories; present results and track defects to closure.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Maintain traceability from business requirements through test cases to automated scripts.
  • Review test cases/automation approach with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage and obtain feedback.
  • Track test execution milestones, report on issues, and risks with the potential to affect project timelines.
  • Construct appropriate end-2-end business scenarios through the application of a broad understanding of business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery pipeline teams to drive adoption and resolve open issues.
  • Identify dependencies for environmental and data requirements; manage and maintain environment and data.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues related to test coverage and test cases.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the product being delivered.
  • Responsible for process compliance & associated documentation.
  • Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalate appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering).

Talent Required for Success:

  • 5+ years of QA Testing experience.
  • 4 Years hands-on Automation Experience.
  • Experience using Java, TestNG, Selenium.
  • Firm knowledge of API and UI-based automation standards and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of common automation design patterns such as the page object mode.
  • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies.
  • Strong debugging and triage skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in an enterprise agile environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation, confidence, integrity, and responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of agile best practices including QA's role on a scrum team.
