SAP Finance Control Consultant Job Description

Our organization seeks an experienced SAP S/4 HANA FICO consultant to fill a key position in our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and controlling processes, with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design functional solutions for SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (Finance & Controlling)
  • Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate technical solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end software development life cycle process including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support post-implementation activities, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting
  • Strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules
  • Experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects
  • Deep understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling processes and their integration with other SAP modules
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle processes in SAP implementation and support environments
  • Ability to work closely with developers, test solutions, and ensure business requirements are met
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills
