Senior Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design and production teams to meet timelines.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to ensure required support.
  • Own the customer experience post booking till handover.
  • Act as highest point of escalation for region and resolve issues within ETAs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for faster issue resolution.
  • Empower team members to solve problems on ground and adhere to defined process SOPs and standards.
  • Responsible for Customer Move In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, Quicker resolution of customer escalations.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of overall work experience in Startups or Operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills (direct team reporting in past roles is a must).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment.
