Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Stack Development: Leverage expertise in back-end and front-end technologies to build large-scale distributed systems.

3. Engineering Processes: Implement and refine processes to enhance development efficiency, improve scalability, and manage data effectively.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities.
5. Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers through technical challenges, conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
6. Architectural Considerations: Ensure the platform architecture addresses key non-functional requirements such as high availability, scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.

- Languages & Tools: Proficiency in Java, Python, databases, and UI technologies like React (or similar frameworks).
- Architectural Design: Strong expertise in technical architecture, system design, and software development.
