Graphic Design Specialist

As a Graphic Design Specialist, you play a vital role in driving the creative vision of our organization.

You have an innate ability to understand the creative brief and craft compelling visuals that capture the essence of our brand identity.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions for advertising campaigns.
  • Designing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing creatives that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
  • Creating reusable templates and design guidelines that can be adapted for future projects.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and applying them to enhance creative output.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

To excel in this role, you need:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, with a portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and strong conceptual skills, including design fundamentals like composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software like Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • The ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing and branding.
  • Previous experience with website graphics, branding, and motion graphics/animation/video is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your passion for creating visually stunning and engaging creatives.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, or related areas is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is beneficial.
