Job Title: Chemist I

At Umanist Staffing LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Chemist I to join our team. As a Chemist I, you will play a critical role in the development and manufacture of OLED materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytical testing on a wide variety of products using Chromatography and other Analytical techniques.
  • Prepare reagents and samples for analysis, and interpret and report results.
  • Interface with technical collaborators to understand priorities, solve problems, and communicate findings.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
  • Work independently, organize and prioritize multiple projects, troubleshoot and solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Responsible for the safety of the team and others, as well as the protection of the environment.
  • Develop personally and professionally through work experience and by acquisition of new skills as determined by the expanding needs of the position.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. or M.S. degree in chemistry-related field.
  • Experience in analysis using LCMS and HPLC.
  • Ability to perform light duty work, including lifting a minimum of 25lbs.
