Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Data Scientist to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a strong background in machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Development: Architect and enhance predictive models to achieve unprecedented accuracy. Spearhead research initiatives that advance the science of behavioral prediction, and design and execute sophisticated experiments to validate new approaches.
  • Implementation: Translate research insights into practical, deployable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced ML capabilities into the product.
  • Model Deployment: Use expertise to deploy ML models into production environments for real-world applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data Science & Analytics: A strong background in data analysis, particularly in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Hands-on experience with designing and implementing predictive models for real-world applications is essential.
  • Research & Experimentation: Proven ability to conduct rigorous research, design experiments, and validate new methodologies in AI and behavioral modeling. A track record of published work in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Software Development & Deployment: Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Experience in deploying ML models into production environments is required.
  • Cloud & Scalable Systems: Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable computing frameworks such as Spark, Kubernetes, or distributed computing environments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with product teams, data engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate advanced AI capabilities into practical, user-focused solutions.
