We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Director for Insurance Services at ProEdge Services. In this role, you will lead multiple client engagements in the Insurance space, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and support.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position that requires on-site presence in Bengaluru or Chennai, India. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and architects.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Minimum 20 years of IT experience managing and leading delivery for Applications and Infra services, including cloud.
- 8+ years of experience in providing solutions and leading engagements to clients in the Insurance industry (Life & Annuity Insurance).
- Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
