We are seeking an experienced Senior Circuit Designer for our Advanced Memory Technologies team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our innovative and inclusive team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge memory technologies.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing electrical test structures for production parts, advanced technology development, and qualification for manufacturing. They will also implement verification methodologies for param structures needed for cutting-edge technology. Additionally, they may work on critical lithography scribe challenges for memory process technology, including modeling to support optical simulation related to scribe optical mark, providing mark design recommendations. The candidate will work with vendor applications teams to find areas for overlay scribe improvement.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience and proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre etc.). You should also possess excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills including DRC, LVS, and circuit simulation (hspice). Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics, operation, parametric testing, and DFM is essential.
You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including OPC jobdeck development, OPC simulations, and custom software applications to facilitate the design and manufacturing of photo masks for use in semiconductor fabrication. Your emphasis will be to apply best known methods to create elegant reusable software.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5-15 years of experience in an engineering position.
- Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso Layout and Schematic Editor, Calibre etc.).
- Excellent circuit design, layout, schematic, and verification skills.
- Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics, operation, parametric testing, and DFM.
