Job Opportunity: CASA Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring quality Current Account and Saving Account (CASA) accounts, as well as higher variants of these accounts. This includes acquiring CASA values, cross-selling life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/foreign exchange, and assets products. The successful candidate will also maintain good relationships with customers, adhere to the bank's personality guidelines, and ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business.

  • Acquire quality CASA accounts, both qualified and activated Non-Transactional Banking (NTB) CASA accounts
  • Acquire higher CASA variants, including acquisition of qualified and activated higher CASA variants
  • Acquisition of CASA values, including CASA Average Monthly Balance (AMB) acquired in accounts sourced during the month
  • Revenue generation through cross-selling of life insurance products, mutual funds, gold, trade/foreign exchange, and assets products
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely submission of Management Information System (MIS) reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 to maximum 30 years of age
  • Graduation (postgraduate preferred)
  • Relevant certifications such as AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB are an added advantage
  • Past experience of 0-5 years in banking and financial services organizations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
  • Market knowledge of 'Retail Banking' or 'Consumer Banking' or 'Branch Banking'
