Senior Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and optimizing Generative AI models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models for real-world applications.
- Work with prompt engineering, transfer learning, and custom model training.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and integrate AI-powered applications into production.
- Optimize model performance for scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with expertise in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX for deep learning model development.
- Strong experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and Transformer architectures.
- Knowledge of computer vision, NLP, and multimodal AI.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and fine-tuning techniques.
