Objective:

Centrilogic seeks a dynamic and experienced manager to lead its platform and infrastructure team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of network and cloud administrators, developing scalable and repeatable processes, and ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery across client portfolios. This includes driving operational excellence, maintaining strong customer relationships through a consultative approach, and ensuring all engagements are executed with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of network and cloud administrators, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in network and cloud infrastructure support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers)
  • Knowledge of business and technology processes.
  • Proven track record of escalation management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • Proven experience in process development and operational maturity.
  • Excellent Critical Thinking and Emotional Intelligence skills.
  • General Experience of Cloud technologies (eg Azure, VMWare, AWS, Windows, Linux) and Network Technology (eg Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba ClearPass).
