Key Responsibilities

  2. Monitoring and Evaluating Performance: Conduct comprehensive training analysis to evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and impact assessments, and develop a structured roadmap for continuous improvement.
  3. Leading and Managing Teams: Manage a team of trainers, oversee teacher training operations across allocated institutes, and foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and teamwork.
  4. Engage with Stakeholders: Work closely with deans, department heads, and senior administrators to identify training needs and customize programs, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Educational Qualifications: PhD in Education (Mandatory)
  • Experience:
    • Over 10 years of professional experience in education, with significant expertise in training and development of teachers.
    • Experience of successfully managing teams is required.
Skill Set
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing faculty training programs.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of academic needs across engineering, medical, paramedical, and other disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in pedagogy and faculty development.
  • Strong network and ability to collaborate with external trainers and experts.
