Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Training Programs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify faculty training needs, design customized programs, and ensure relevance and effectiveness in enhancing teaching quality.
- Monitoring and Evaluating Performance: Conduct comprehensive training analysis to evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, performance metrics, and impact assessments, and develop a structured roadmap for continuous improvement.
- Leading and Managing Teams: Manage a team of trainers, oversee teacher training operations across allocated institutes, and foster a culture of collaboration, mentorship, and teamwork.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Work closely with deans, department heads, and senior administrators to identify training needs and customize programs, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic objectives.
- Enhance Faculty Development: Lead efforts to advance faculty skills through workshops, seminars, and skill-building sessions, implementing innovative teaching strategies and equipping faculty with modern methodologies.

- Educational Qualifications: PhD in Education (Mandatory)
- Experience:
- Over 10 years of professional experience in education, with significant expertise in training and development of teachers.
- Experience of successfully managing teams is required.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing faculty training programs.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of academic needs across engineering, medical, paramedical, and other disciplines.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in pedagogy and faculty development.
- Strong network and ability to collaborate with external trainers and experts.
