Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving complex and cross-functional supply chain projects. This position is part of the centralized supply chain planning function for Amazon's GSF Operations in India.

The successful candidate will drive capacity planning charter for Amazon's business, working closely with category, finance, operations team, instock managers, and other Amazon teams to balance cost and service level objectives. They will also be responsible for improving cube planning by deep diving into the reasons, developing mechanisms to track and improve service level objectives, driving the adoption of capacity planning tools, and ensuring accuracy. Additionally, they will track key metrics of the capacity planning process, drive efficiency and improvement along with stakeholders, and liaise across functions to drive their project and clear issues and bottlenecks.

Program Managers will be measured on the impact of their initiatives. Depending on the project, clear financial or other impact goals will be set forth. It is the individual's responsibility to ensure they drive the program towards achieving those goals.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and drive end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

A bachelor's degree is required, and prior experience defining program requirements, using data and metrics to determine improvements, and communicating results to senior leadership is highly desirable. Experience driving end-to-end delivery, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration is essential for this role.
