At Prism IP, we seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Patent Associate-Intern.

Job Overview

This role involves working with senior staff to provide patent preparation, patent applications, patentability, patent law, and intellectual property services for clients. The Patent Associate-Intern will be responsible for conducting technology analysis, assisting in patent mining and writing, and providing support in patent preparation and application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Technology Analysis: Utilize technical expertise to analyze patents and develop comprehensive reports.
  • Assisting in Patent Preparation and Application: Collaborate with senior staff to prepare and submit patent applications, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Providing Patentability and Patent Law Services: Offer expert advice on patent law and intellectual property matters, ensuring clients' rights are protected.
  • Contributing to Intellectual Property Services: Assist in the development of intellectual property strategies and solutions, supporting business growth and success.
  • Assisting in Patent Mining and Writing: Conduct research and write high-quality patent documents, meeting client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field is required.
  • Intellectual Property Understanding: Strong grasp of intellectual property concepts and principles is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and client interaction.
