Job Title:

A highly skilled Content Manager is sought to oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of web content within a digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content management strategies
  • Maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) for efficient asset organization
  • Ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices are applied in content structure and metadata
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on web pages, ensuring accuracy, error-free content, and alignment with business objectives
  • Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes and ensure consistent quality of web pages
  • Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to execute content changes
  • Utilize AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management processes
  • Audit content regularly for compliance with SEO guidelines and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and prioritize projects

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role
  • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM
  • Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists
  • Familiarity with Content Fragments /Experience Fragments
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management and web design purposes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing web content and assets
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • AEM Cloud, and content migration process
