Visual Development Artist Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled visual development artist to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop photorealistic and cinematic results with materials, shaders, textures & Large Scale Environments.
  • Define visual development standards across large-scale environments ensuring optimized and efficient asset workflows.
  • Collaborate with FX, animation and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality maintaining alignment with the project's creative vision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance visual development pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in visual development, shading, set building and rendering.
  • Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4d and Unreal Engine 5+ with strong understanding of path tracing and optimization.
  • Strong eye for composition, color theory, and aesthetics with proven ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced production environment.
