You will be responsible for daily health checks of all servers, preparation of Daily Server Dashboards, and monitoring data center capacity to plan for future expansion or upgrades.

Maintenance of Security Registers, Equipment History Registers, and Backup Log registers is also a key responsibility.

You will work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and ensure that data center services meet or exceed expectations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will lead and manage a team of data center technicians, engineers, and other support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
