Cash Management Professional

A Cash Management Professional is responsible for overseeing the cash management department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports.
They manage a team of AP staff, enforce financial controls, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily operations, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage, train, and support accounts payable staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
- Develop and implement processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Assist with audits, month-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Generate reports and support financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or accounting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
