Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Fusion HCM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle Time & Labor, with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, and Time Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Core HR: Execute mass onboarding, modify users' personal profiles, manage users' work assignments, implement DFF (Descriptive Flexfields), assign users' roles, and set up BPM worklists.
  • Time Management: Manage users' timecards, implement projects and tasks, and modify HCM rules.
  • Oracle Quarterly Upgrade: Investigate quarterly upgrades, inform the business about upcoming changes, conduct pre-testing and post-testing, initiate Critical SR creation if testing fails, and propose new ideas from quarterly upgrades to improve business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Conceptual Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of P2P (Procure to Pay), R2R (Record to Report), O2C (Order to Cash), A2R (Account to Report) cycles, and budgeting and forecasting.
  • HDL, HSDL Templates, and Mass Uploads: Utilize these tools for onboarding, absence management, and managing users' personal data.
  • Functional Design and Communication: Prepare functional design documents and effectively communicate with the technical team regarding extensions, custom integrations, and reports.
