Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and work on Infor XA. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of technical experience and good knowledge on Synon code development tool.

About the Role:

The Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for developing Infor XA, providing excellent support to users across all ERP XA modules, managing daily application health, including system uptime, responsiveness, break/fix issues and approved requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Development: Develop customizations and suggest corrections/improvements in Infor XA using technical expertise with SQL queries, performance fine-tuning.User Support: Provide excellent support to users across all ERP XA modules, addressing their queries/issues efficiently.Application Management: Manage daily application health, ensuring system uptime, responsiveness, and addressing break/fix issues promptly.Implementation Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with implementation experience.Communication Skills: Must be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and customer interaction.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with ability to coach and mentor other developers and analysts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent understanding of Control Language & OS/400 commands, in-depth knowledge of RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT, Debugging concepts and other AS/400 utilities.
