We are seeking a highly skilled SAP B1 finance module implementation expert to join our IT and business team. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, be able to quickly pick up business processes, think critically, and develop effective solutions.

Job Overview

This is a pivotal role that requires technical expertise in SAP B1 as well as exceptional leadership skills. As an Implementation Expert, you will oversee end-to-end deployments, upgrades, and enhancements of the system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Oversight of deployment, upgrade, and enhancement projects from start to finish
    • Configuration of system modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) to align with business requirements
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead their technical implementation
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Analyze opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems
    • Implement best practices across the organization
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users

The successful candidate should have 3-4 years of experience with at least 1-2 complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles, preferably in manufacturing or trading.
