We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee – Finance & Accounts to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Audit
    • Conduct internal audits of our manufacturing units, offices, and branches to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and discuss audit observations with stakeholders, coordinate with external auditors for end-to-end execution of audit-related activities.
    • Evaluate audit observations and provide decisions on developing accuracy of processes.
    • Cross-check external auditors regarding any discrepancies observed in audit observations.
    • Aim to minimize costs and maximize revenue for the organization.
  • Taxation
    • Assess income tax, prepare IT returns, and ensure tax audits are filed as per statutory compliance.
    • Preparation of tax computation and deferred tax.
    • Preparation of contingent liability and board pack.
    • Assistance in completion of limited review and annual audit related to direct tax.
    • Ensure all other compliances of direct taxes are completed, including TDS (domestic) and 15 CA CB (international).
    • Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience.
  • CA Inter or Finalist profiles will not be considered.
