About us

We design and deliver AI-powered digital solutions for early intervention in neurodivergent conditions.

Our platform provides personalized, adaptive learning pathways that help individuals acquire cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

We currently have a validated product with pilots underway. We are now embarking on commercialization in select global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements to design effective test cases.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
  • Maintain comprehensive test coverage and traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and review meetings in an Agile environment.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely test execution status reports.
  • Support UAT by assisting business users and validating fixes.
Quality Assurance Practices:
  • Follow industry best practices for QA, including risk-based testing.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Additional Expectations:
  • Mentor junior testers.
  • Take ownership of testing for assigned modules or projects.
  • Provide input for test effort estimation.
  • Identify opportunities for test optimization and improvements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of STLC and SDLC.
  • Proficiency in writing test cases and bug reports.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of different types of testing.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
