Commercial Real Estate Role

This opportunity is part of our growing team in Bangalore, supporting US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Monitoring & CRE Lending.

  • Analyzing financial statements, leases, and rent rolls to determine property value.
  • Performing complex tasks with minimal supervision, utilizing Excel functions (mandatory).
  • Identifying ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement.

We are seeking experienced professionals (3-12 years) who can deliver assigned deals/tasks within committed timelines. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of various data sources like REIS, CoStar, and have excellent analytical skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for adherence to client Service Level Agreements and Policies, identifying risks and mitigants, and performing ad-hoc tasks with detailed understanding on client requirements within stipulated timelines.
