We are seeking a skilled and experienced Academic Mentor to join our team. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting trainees and staff, helping them develop their knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing guidance and support to trainees and staff, helping them navigate academic challenges and achieve their goals.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops on relevant topics, sharing your expertise and knowledge with others.
• Monitoring and evaluating trainee performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
• Offering constructive feedback and development plans, helping trainees set and achieve their goals.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that your knowledge and skills are current and relevant.
• Fostering a positive and supportive learning environment, creating a space where trainees feel valued, respected, and motivated.
• Collaborating with other mentors and trainers to enhance training programs and ensure that they meet the needs of trainees.
