Hiring a talented Creative Copywriter to work with a leading digital advertising agency, focusing on global brands and award-winning campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative content that meets the high standards set by both the agency and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote standout concepts and strategically focused campaigns in collaboration with other Copywriters
- Own writing projects from start to finish, delivering exceptional results
- Stay up-to-date with product data and competitor claims
- Work independently under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Estimate creative hours accurately
- Attend client meetings and presentations to showcase skills
- Participate in market research as necessary
- Collaborate with Planning to shape strategic branding initiatives
- Manage team workloads to maximize productivity and billable hours
- Provide constructive feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing team development
- Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding client products and marketing challenges
- Represent the agency at client meetings and social events
- Agency experience: 1-4 years
- Proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, excellent presentation skills, and experience in managing creative writers
