We offer a competitive salary of ₹1200000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing our digital lending platform and product-based programs for MSME businesses. This includes defining the roadmap for MSME secured products, their features, customer benefits, and managing the product development lifecycle along with its profit and loss statement.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to understand and translate customer/partner/user needs into journey/designs/wireframes. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in digital lending product management for MSME-secured loans with a bank/NBFC/lending tech organization.

We also require the following qualifications:

  • MBA from a Premier Educational Institution (Indian/Global)
  • Technical/Engineering/Science undergraduate degree from a Premier Educational Institution (Indian/Global)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define the roadmap for MSME secured products, their features, customer benefits, and manage the product development lifecycle along with its P&L.
  2. Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of platform/application features and enhancements, workflows, user journeys, external communication, and product training with a focus on creating differentiated offerings via partners, co-lenders, and direct-to-customer models.
  3. Understand the requirements of customized integrations and other aspects of onboarding partners, users, and borrowers and prepare business requirement documents for each project.
  4. Track progress/performance of the product/platform at all levels from lead generation to disbursal, partner/customer service support, based on defined metrics and against benchmarks.

  • Innovative and solution-oriented
  • Well-versed with Wireframing, BRD, PRD, and feature detailing
  • Comfortable with Tech Stack/Understanding of API Architecture
