We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Specialist with hands-on experience in WMS systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Inbound and Outbound WMS modules, and demonstrate expertise in both manual testing and test case creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive testing of WMS functionalities, focusing on Inbound (receiving, putaway) and Outbound (picking, packing, shipping) modules.
  • Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on functional requirements and business processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across WMS modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Validate system configurations and enhancements against business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience testing WMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS workflows, especially Inbound and Outbound processes.
  • Proficiency in creating test cases and test documentation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with test management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
