Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

This role focuses on providing expert-level support to clients in optimizing their supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and solution design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customers' supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create comprehensive proposals outlining value-driven solutions for outsourcing engagements.
  • Present and defend solutions during client discussions, ensuring a smooth transition to delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to develop integrated value propositions for large-scale deals.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of experience in presales/solutioning roles within Supply Chain (Sourcing & Procurement).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA with specialization in Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution design, deal structuring, and implementation of large SCM engagements.
  • Familiarity with leading SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Ariba, Coupa.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
