Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team of engineers who design and deploy advanced digital infrastructures. As a full-time, fully remote role, you will work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of experts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling enterprise-level websites that power nationwide platforms. You will play a key role in architecting custom post types, developing dynamic content structures, and optimizing for performance and SEO.

  • Developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Building with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Solid foundation in SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
