  • Design curriculum plans to support ongoing learning for students or participants.
  • Review and proofread curriculum content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Develop methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make improvements as needed.
  • Observe curriculum usage, collect feedback, and adjust materials to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist in training internal team members, volunteers, or stakeholders in the developed curriculum when required.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
  • Proficiency in research and analysis to create effective educational content.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to produce error-free materials.
  • Creative thinking to develop engaging and innovative learning resources.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple and understandable ways.
  • Good teamwork and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and complete them efficiently.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong research skills using databases, online resources, and other reference materials.
  • A passion for education and curriculum development.
