**Job Title:** Senior User Experience Designer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing user interface prototypes and wireframes to visualize product concepts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs
  • Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from users to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and accomplishments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision
