Job Description

Role Summary:

The role involves working with global customers to identify their training needs, understanding customer applications and processes, deriving actionable insights, and proposing solutions to improve digital adoption.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, consulting on optimal digital adoption solutions, and creating content using the client studio editor.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for ensuring consistency in deliverables across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and a strong understanding of systems architecture and security aspects.
  • Proficiency in languages like Java or Python would be an added advantage.

Education and Background:

  • Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA background is mandatory.
  • Candidates from engineering and computer science backgrounds are preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to frequently communicate with North American clients.
  • Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
