Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer

We develop, market, sell, and support over 20 product families in areas such as customer experience, digital solutions, secure DevOps, and security & automation.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with the following skills:

  • Proficiency with public cloud infrastructure services for scalability, high availability, and fault tolerance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical software engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud architectures that meet business requirements.
  • Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.
  • Select appropriate cloud services based on compute, data, or security needs.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and firewalls.
  • Migrate on-premises workloads to cloud service providers.
  • Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, or Terraform.
  • Troubleshoot distributed systems.
  • Deliver and maintain cloud solutions according to best practices.
  • Experience monitoring and auditing systems.
  • Define and document best practices and strategies regarding infrastructure maintenance.
  • Provision and configure cloud resources in multi-cloud environments.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in one of the major cloud platforms is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of other platforms is desirable.
