About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Wells Fargo. This role requires expertise in cloud security, compliance, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead or participate in high-level technical concepts, develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, and contribute to testing business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements.

Key qualifications include 4+ years of experience in technology infrastructure engineering and solutions, as well as expertise in Ansible packaging, scripting, and automation, and experience with IaC, Windows, Linux, SDLC tools, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
  • 3+ years of Ansible Packaging experience
  • 3+ years of scripting and/or automation experience
  • 3+ years experience with IaC: Yaml, PowerShell, both Linux and Windows
  • 5+ years of Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
  • 3+ years experience with SDLC tools: Jfrog, GitHub
  • 3+ years experience with IDE: Visual Studio, Eclipse
  • 3+ years experience in Python development
  • 3+ years experience in Agile methodologies and toolset
Preferred Qualifications
  • Languages: Python, Yaml, PowerShell, and integrating with APIs
  • Advanced scripting skills specifically around automation
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of technologies related to infrastructure engineering
  • Ability to help remediate tough technical support issues
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple overlapping projects
  • Ability to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organization
  • Customer-focused, service-oriented attitude
  • Proven skills analyzing and troubleshooting complex systems configurations
  • Product Management and Scrum framework experience
  • Jira and Confluence experience
  • Experience with external key management
  • Risk management and mitigation experience
