Job Description:
As a Creative Space Planner at Livspace, you'll be responsible for creating modular designs based on client conversations. You'll need to be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach accordingly. Your familiarity with interior design trends will ensure you provide the best ideas for renovation clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To own the sales funnel and drive sales closure.
  • To own customer experience during a project.
  • To lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • To own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Graduation or relevant diploma. Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer. Led and delivered a minimum of 2-4 residential modular KWS projects and renovation projects. Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD. Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning). Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies. Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers. Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication. High degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹6 lakhs - ₹8 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development.
