AI Engineering Expert

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will design and implement intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute goal-driven actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agent Design and Implementation: Develop intelligent agents that can learn, adapt, and make decisions autonomously.
  • System Integration: Integrate memory, tool-use, and multi-step planning architectures to build adaptive agentic systems.
  • Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate cutting-edge agent frameworks to enhance system capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Optimize agent workflows for reliability, safety, and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, transformers, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, OpenAI API, and building agents that interact with APIs, tools, or environments.
  • Knowledge of Agent Architectures: Knowledge of autonomous agent architectures, multi-agent systems, planning algorithms, and familiarity with reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, or symbolic reasoning.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, including services such as Azure AI and AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 1 year focused on agent systems or LLM-based applications, and a degree in BTech/BE/MTech/ME.
